摘要
为了完善傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的功能.根据不同的被测红外探测器,在原傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的基础上增加前置放大电路、滤波电路、A/D转换电路和另一台计算机进行扩展设计,搭建了一套测量红外探测器光谱响应的测试系统.测量结果表明此测试系统扫描速度为0.2cm/s,光谱范围是2.5~25μm,波数分辨率为4cm^-1,杂散光小于0.3%,波数精度可以达到0.01cm^-1.
In order to improve the funtions of Fourier transform based infrared spectrometer, preamplifier circuit,filter circuit, A/D convention circuit and another computer are added to design a new test systerm for the response of infrared detectors based on the original FTIR. Measurement results show that the test systerm scanning rate is 0. 2 cm/s , spectral range is 2. 5 ~ 25 μm, wave number resolution is 4 cm^-1 ,stray light is less than 0. 3% ,wave number precision reaches 0.01 cm^-1.
