M41型IBV引起鸡输卵管病变的电镜观察 被引量：4

摘要 通过扫描电镜与透射电镜,观察了鸡M41型IBV对鸡输卵管组织的损伤作用。结果表明,M41对输卵管的损伤作用主要表现为:输卵管黏膜纤毛上皮细胞的纤毛脱落,输卵管上皮细胞核皱缩。线粒体退化,粗面内质网肿胀,高尔基复合体不发达。 The distribution and damaging offects of M41 IBV on the oviduct was observed by using SEM and TEM. The results showed that the damage of oviduct by M41 membraneepithlial cells fell off, The oviduct epithelial cells virus were mainly as follows： the cilia of oviduct mucous nucleus shrink, mitochondria degradation and vacuolation. Rough endoplasmic reticulum swell. Golgi complex is inactive.
