Vertigo is a kind of subjective symptom and also a kind of complication of many diseases, manifested as blurred vision, dizziness, spinning and rotating of objects at high speed, sudden loss of normal balance or equilibrium. The author adopted the surrounding needling technique on the head to treat vertigo induced by Meniere＇s syndrome from April 2005 to April 2009. The report is as follows.
