The Theoretical and Practical Foundation of the "Three Development Strategies" Put Forward by Huangshi Mumicipal Government

"三大战略"(发展大产业、打造大园区、建设大城市)是黄石市委、市政府提出的重要发展战略,是黄石市加快发展的重中之重,对实现黄石市跨越式发展具有十分重要的意义。本文从适应科学发展观新的发展要求、总结发展实践经验、深化黄石市情认识三个方面着手,对"三大战略"的提出进行了深入阐述。

＂To develop large industry , build large park and construct large city＂ is an important development strategy put forward by Huangshi municipal government. This strategy is central to the rapid development of huangshi. This paper expatiates the ＂three development strategies＂ from the following three aspects： to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the concept of scientific development, to sum up the experience in the development practice, to deepen the understanding of development situation of Huangshi.
