Analysis of Psychological Obstacles in Job Hunting of Graduates and Countermeasures

目前,大学生就业形势依然严峻。面对巨大的就业压力,大学生就业心理问题表现较为突出。本文从大学生就业心理问题的表象入手,从社会、学校、大学生自身三方面分析了其产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策。

Currently, the problem in job hunting of graduates is still very serious. Under the pressure of job hunting, many graduates suffer from psychological problems. This paper starts with the analysis of the psychological problems of graduates in job hunting, then dwells on the causes of the problem from the perspectives of society, university and graduates themselves and some countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward.
