辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,其工作主旨是做好大学生思想政治教育。现实中由于各种主客观因素的影响,辅导员疲于学生日常事务的处理而忽视了工作主旨。要以科学发展观为指导,树立以人为本的理念,全面协调好各方面的工作,抓住关键时期与有利条件,促使辅导员回归大学生思想政治教育工作主线。

Counselors are the backbone in carrying out ideological and political education. Due to various subjective and objective factors, counselors are busy dealing with students ＇daily affairs while ignoring their major task of carrying out ideological and political education. This paper points out counselors should coordinate different tasks and focus on ideological and political education of students under the guidance of the concept of scientific development and establish student -oriented concept.
