自我决定论是基于人的自我决定需要的一种认知动机理论,其强调自我调节在动机过程中的作用。本文介绍自我决定理论包含的三个理论:基本心理需要理论、认知评价理论、有机整合理论,并讨论SDT的幸福感观点与研究成果。

Self-decision theory is according to person of ego decision demand of a kind of cognition the motive theories, it emphasize self-decision in the function in the motive process. This paper introduction self-decision theory include three ories： basic need theories, cognitive evaluation theory, organismic integration theory, and discussion SDT of happiness the feeling standpoint and research result.
