摘要
针对常规PID控制算法的不足,将模糊控制与PID控制相结合,既保证了温度检测的精确度,又提高了温度变化的速度,实现了控制参数的在线自整定。并且将结合后的模糊PID算法运用到ARM中实现了对温度的自动控制,系统结构更加简单,使得控制效率有了很大提高,实现了完全自动测试的目的,并通过MatLab进行仿真,结果显示温度控制的稳定性比原来有了明显提高,响应时间缩短了20s。
Conventional the shortcomings of PID control algorithm,combines fuzzy control algorithm and PID control algorithm,not only ensure the accuracy of temper4ature measurement,but also improves the rate of temperature changes,and realizes online self-tuning of the parameters.Realized the automatic control of temperature by using the fuzzy-PID control algorithm in the ARM,system structure is more simple and improves the control efficiency greatly, realizes intention for fully automated test. Last by taking simulation through matlab,the stability of temperature control markedly improved than the original, and the response time shortened by 20 seconds.
