摘要
运用PLC与触摸屏技术,采用负压检测法对发动机气门密封性检查设备进行了设计,该系统具有对不同型号气门进行标定与检测的功能。通过与先进进口检测设备的测试结果比较,可知负压检测法具有较高的准确度。
Combined with the technologies of the PLC and Touch-Screen,an air tightness detecting machine of engine valve was designed by negative pressure method in this paper.In this detecting equipment,different valves can be detected and calibrated.Through the comparison with the advanced importing machine,the detecting results indicate that the negative pressure method has relatively high accuracy.
