摘要
介绍了一种采用水力方式输送转移硬岩岩芯的深海硬岩保真取样技术。利用该技术,可在深海钻取硬岩岩芯后,将岩芯从取芯钻具中释放,然后采用水力输送方式将裸岩芯转移送入取芯钻机附带的深海保真装置中;并且当岩芯从深海底回收后,可在保真状态下将裸岩样转移送入实验室中的后续长期保真实验设备中。从理论上分析了水力输送转移岩芯的原理及影响因素,并通过实验进行了验证。简要介绍了一种采用该技术设计的深海硬岩保真取芯器的结构和工作原理。
This paper introduces a deep sea pressure- tight rock core smpling technology with hydraulic transport of rock core from the drilling tool to the pressure - tight core barrel. When rock core is drilled and released from the drilling tool, the naked free core is then hydraulically transported from the inner core tube to the on -the -rack pressure -tight core barrel, and when the core in the pressure- tight core barrel is recovered from the sea bottom,it is possible to connect the pressure - tight core bar- rel to the pressure - tight experimental equipment in the lab, and shift the core into the pressure - tight experimental equip- ment in pressure - tight condition. The paper provides the theo- retical analysis and the experimental data of the hydraulic trans- port of the core, and briefly introduces the formation and working principle of a practical deep sea pressure - tight rock core sam- pler designed with this new technology.
