摘要
以自蔓延高温合成法制备了高纯MgSiN2粉体。通过绝热燃烧温度的理论计算,提出3种可能的反应体系———Mg粉/Si粉、Mg2Si粉或者Mg粉/Si3N4粉。对3种体系的研究结果表明:Mg粉/Si粉体系很难得到纯相的MgSiN2粉体,Mg2Si粉或者Mg粉/Si3N4粉燃烧可得纯MgSiN2粉体,其氧含量最低可达到0.377%,并具有良好的抗水化性能。
Fabrication of high-purity MgSiN2 powders by self-propagating and high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is studied. According to the theoretic calculation of adiabatic combustion temperature, three kinds of possible reactants (Mg/Si, Mg2 Si, Mg/Si3 N4 ) are involved and investigated. It is difficult to prepare pure MgSiN2 powders from the mixtures of Mg and Si powders. Single-phase MgSiN2 can be synthesized from Mg2Si powders or the mixtures Mg and Si3N4 powders. The oxygen content of MgSiN2 powders is as low as 0. 377%, and the resistivity to hydration is good.
