乳腺癌CYP1B1基因与ER、PR的表达关系及临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中CYP1B1基因与ER、PR的表达关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测41乳腺癌组织的CYP1B1基因与ER、PR的表达情况,分析其表达水平间的相关性及临床意义。结果CYP1B1阳性表达占78%(32/41)。CYP1B1阳性表达率在ER阳性组与阴性组之间无显著差异(73.7%VS81.8%;P>0.05),但在PR阴性组的阳性表达显著高于PR阳性组(91.3%VS61.1%;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。此外,CYP1B1还与淋巴结转移与临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),但与组织学分级、病理类型无关(P>0.05)。结论CYP1B1基因可能作为一个乳腺癌诊断及治疗的新靶点。 Objective To explore the correlation between expression of CYP1B1 and ER,PR in primary breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods We used immunohistochemistry methods to detect the expression of CYP1B1 and ER,PR in 41 primary breast cancer to analyze the correlation between them and its clinical significance.Results The positive expression of CYP1B1 was 78% (32/41).The positive rates of CYP1B1 expression had no correlation between ER positive or negative group (73.7%VS81.8%; P〉0.05), but its positive rate was significant higher in PR negative group than the positive group (91.3%VS61.1%;P〈0.05).Moreover, CYP1B1 was positive related with lymphatic metastasis and clinical stage.But there was no correlation between CYP1B1 and histological grade, pathological types (P〉0.05).Conelusion CYP1B1 genes could be consider as an novel target for breast cancer diagnosis and therapy.
