摘要
本文研究了利用复合材料确定活塞型面的方法,经广泛筛选和正交试验,利用国产原材料开发出中温复合材料,进行了涂复工艺与磨合程序的试验研究,最后经实机自动磨合成型,得到了S195型柴油机桶形活塞裙部对应于热态最佳型面的冷态型面(可供精加工用)。证明了环氧树脂—铝粉—二硫化钼复合材料涂层能更快和更精确地确定活塞型面。为按工作状态处于最佳形状设计活塞奠定了基础。
The method introduced for finishing the piston skirt profile by
using composite materials is presented is the paper.A medium temperature com-
posite material from domestic raw material in developed by the aid of screening and
orthogonal tests.Under the experimental investigation of coatig technology and
rubbing-out procedure,an optimum barrel piston skirt of S195 eng ine is accomp-
lished.The investigation shows that the pistons kirt profile is quickly and accurately
derived by using the coating composite material of epoxy resin-aluminium powder-
molybdenum disulphide.The new method of piston design according to the opti-
mum working condition is provided.
