补阳还五汤对气虚血瘀症代谢综合征患者血液流变学指标的影响

Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Changes of Hemorheological Parameters and Deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis Syndrome for Metabolic Syndrome (MS)

目的探讨补阳还五汤对代谢综合征(MS)属于气虚血瘀患者血液流变学指标和气虚血瘀证的影响。方法将78例MS属于气虚血瘀患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组38例。两组均控制血糖、血压及血脂,控制达标一月。治疗组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗,疗程4周。同时观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标。结果治疗后治疗组中医证候积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血液流变学各项指标较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);且明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤能改善MS患者的气虚血瘀症状和血液流变学异常。

Objective To investigate the influence of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on changes in hemorheological parameters and deficiency of qi and blood stasis syndrome in patients with MS. Methods 78 patients with MS in deficiency of qi and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups, control group（ n = 40） and treatment group（ n = 38）. The two groups were treated by controlling blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid for 1 month. The treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction based on conventional therapy for 4 weeks. The scores of Chinese medical pattern and hemorheological parameters were observed at same time. Re,tits After treatment score improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. The hemorheological parameters were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ） compared with that before therapy, and were much better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the symptom of deficiency of qi and blood stasis and hemorheological parameters of MS patients.
