陕西某农村卫生服务需要与利用影响因素个案调查

Investigation of the Influencing Factors on Rural Healthcare Services Needs and Utilization in Shaanxi Province

目的了解农村卫生服务现状,分析目前农村居民卫生服务需要和利用的影响因素,为制定卫生服务政策提供具有实用性的科学参考依据。方法以蓝田县某村全村的居民为调查对象,用自制问卷调查其健康状况及卫生服务需要和利用状况,用Logistic回归的统计方法分析卫生服务需要和利用的影响因素。结果全村两周患病率为34.8‰,两周就诊率为45.2‰。影响卫生服务需要的各因素按影响力大小依次为年龄、家庭人口数、婚姻状况、性别和家庭收入。影响卫生服务利用的因素按影响力大小依次为年龄、家庭人口数、性别和家庭收入。结论针对不同特征人群卫生服务需要的特点开展医疗卫生保健工作,大力发展经济,是保障农民基本健康的有效途径之一。

Objective： To investigate the status quo of rural healthcare services, analyze the influencing factors on rural healthcare services needs and utilization, in order to provide applied reference for health services policy - making. Methods： A self-designed questionnaire is applied among all the residents in Fengjia Village of Lantian County in Shaan＇xi Province to investigate the state quo of residents＇health and healthcare services, and analyze the influencing factors on healthcare services needs and utilization by statistical methods including Logistic Regression. Results ： Within a two - week period, the rate of illness frequency is 34.8‰ and rate of diagnosis is 45.2‰. In order of importance, the influencing factors on health service needs are age, number of people within a family, marital status, sex and household income ; the influencing factors on healthcare services utihzation are age, number of people in family, sex and household income. Conclusion： The rural heahhcare services should be developed based on the different needs and characteristics of different groups of residents. A satisfactory economic development is one of the essential ways to protect the health of rural residents.
