摘要
介绍了由三轴加速度计以及三轴磁通门传感器组成的测斜系统的输出数学模型。应用正交正弦函数基拟合各个传感器的输出曲线,提出由曲线函数系数计算传感器标定系数、零偏以及安装角误差的算法。该算法具有很强的实用价值,对标定转台的要求低,只需转台能够测量同一方位下相互垂直的2个井斜下的数据;对于工具面角的精度要求也较低,当工具面角的绝对误差在1°以内时,仍然可以达到很好的校准效果。
Introduced are the mathematical models of inclinometer measurement system based on three-axis orthogonal accelerometers and three-axis orthogonal magnetometers.Each sensor's output curves are imitated by using orthogonal trigonometric function basis.An algorithm is proposed in order to calculate sensor's calibration factors,zero-offset and installation angle errors from the coefficients of curve function.This algorithm is very practical.Its calibration rotating platform has not to be quite precise,which only needs to measure two orthogonal deviation data at the same azimuth angle;and the accuracy of tool face angle needs not to be quite precise,even if the Absolute error of tool angle is within 1°,it is still possible to achieve a good calibration.
