摘要
本文采用高速摄影方法对涡流燃烧室柴油机起动时的首次着火过程进行了研究。通过对油束的发展状况,着火地点及火焰传播等现象的直接观察与分析,阐明了起动孔在改善起动性能中所起的作用,指出了进一步改善起动性能的方向,并在产品机上得到了初步验证。
This paper presents the investigation on first ignition process at engine
starting in swirl chamber of diesel engine by using the technique of high-speed photogra-
phy.With direct observation and analysis of the injection spray,the ignition spot and
the flame spread,the starting hole in combustion chamber plays a role in improving the
engine starting performance.And the way to improve starting performance is also po-
inted out.The investigation has been verified on production engines.
