某深水炸弹脱伞装置的设计与试验研究

Design and Test Study on the Separation Device for Parachute of A Depth Charge

摘要 为了研究某深水炸弹脱伞装置的工作可靠性,对脱伞装置的作用过程进行了分析,对止动块强度及电点火器药量进行了校核,并完成了风洞拉力及解锁试验。计算结果表明脱伞装置能够满足设计要求,验证试验结果与理论分析及计算结果基本一致,该研究可为同类产品研制提供理论支持。 For study the function reliability of separation device for parachute, which is used in depth charge, the function process of the separation device for parachute was analyzed, the intensity of stop block and mass of ignition powder in electric ignitor were checked, and the verification tests, such as wind tunnel test of tension and unlocking test of united buckle, were carried out. The calculation results showed that the separation device for parachute could meet with the requirements, and the verification test results were in accord with the calculation results. The study can offer theoretical foundation for the same product design.
