Experimental Study on the Explosive Dispersion Process of High Viscosity Liquid

摘要 在无约束空间中,采用不同比药量(炸药量与装填液体之比)对不同粘度的高粘度液体进行了爆炸分散实验。讨论了液体粘度、比药量对爆炸分散后液体粒径分布的影响以及对初始云团半径的影响。实验结果表明,液体粘度和分散药量对爆炸分散后液体粒径大小的分布,以及初始云团半径的形成有显著的影响。粘度越大,爆炸分散后形成的颗粒平均直径越大,分散越不均匀,颗粒的形状越不规则;比药量越大,液体分散效果越好,初始云团形成的速度越快,且初始云团半径也越大。 By the high speed photograghy, local records of static explosion were taken for the four kinds of high vicosity liquid explosive devices. On the analysis of experimental data, the effects of liquid viscosity and the amount of explosives on the particle size dislribufion after explosion and cloud radius were discussed. Results show that the viscosity has a significant impact on particle size distribution of the liquid. When viscosity is enhanced, the average particle size is enlarged, the dispersion of liquid particles become more uniform, the shape of the liquid particles become more irregular. When the amount of explosive is increased, the dispersion of liquid become better, the velocity of cloud formation become higher and the cloud radius become larger.
