摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,从训练学视角对山东省短跨项目后备人才的科学化训练现状进行研究。旨在使决策者和短跨项目教练员从中发现问题并有所启示,为不断提高山东省短跨项目后备人才的科学化训练水平提供实践依据和理论参考。
After using research methods like reviewing literature materials, interviewing with experts, questionaire survey, mathematical statistics and synthetic analysis, we did research on scientific training for short - range running event reserved talents in Shandong from the angel of training theory. Aimed at helping decision makers and short -range running event coaches discover problems and get inspirations, providing practical foundation and theoretical reference in order to improve the training level.
