摘要
采用文献资料、追踪测试、数理统计等研究方法,以备战第十一届全运会的山东男子举重队8名重点运动员为研究对象,通过口服新大泽有机螺旋藻精片,总结分析其对运动员生理生化机能指标的影响,从而认识螺旋藻的补充对运动能力的促进作用,旨在为螺旋藻作为一种运动补剂进行开发与推广提供依据。
With 8 male weightlifters from Shandong Weightlifting Team preparing for 11 th National Cames as subjects,with the methods of document, tracing test and statistics, and through their orally taking Organic Spirulina tablets,it analyzed the effect of the physiological and biochemical indices on weightlifters, so as to understand the improvement of its supplement on those weightlifters and provide a theoretical basis for the future development and promotion.
