对大型体育赛事志愿者网络培训的探讨

Discussion on volunteers' Internet training in the great games

北京奥运会为我国的志愿服务掀开了崭新的一页,在未来大型体育赛事中,志愿者将肩负重任,因此如何对志愿者进行高效、便捷、低成本的培训,成为亟待解决的问题。本研究针对大型赛事志愿者的培训特点,结合网络培训的优势和我国体育志愿者网络培训的现状,提出了几点针对志愿者网络培训的建议,以期为大型赛事志愿者的网络培训提供借鉴。

Beijing Olympic Games opened the new page of the service of volunteer. And volunteers will play an important role in the great games in the future. So how to train the volunteer efficiently and conveniently becomes a problem which is urgent to resolve. The paper brings forward some advice aiming at the characteristic of the volunteers＇ training and the advantage of the internet training in order to draw on the experience for the volunteers＇ internet training during the great games.
