摘要
经济全球化背景下,国际市场的激烈竞争,使企业社会责任逐渐成为世界各国广泛关注的问题,与此相应,衡量企业社会责任的国际标准也相继问世,并在国际范围内的不同行业广泛推行。虽然企业社会责任国际标准的实施只是企业出于自愿原则的一种选择,其责任承担形式也不具有强制执行力,但其在规范公司责任,保护劳工权益方面有其独到之处。借助于企业社会责任国际标准在国际社会的推广,我们必须建立多层次的约束和监督机制,落实我国相关法律,切实维护劳动者的权益。
Under the background of economic globalization and fierce competition in international market, the issue over corporate social responsibility has aroused worldwide concern. Accordingly, the international standard measuring corporate social responsibility has appeared and is worldwide implemented in different industries. Although the international standard of corporate social responsibility is a voluntary choice for eorporates and has no enforceability, it has special advantages in regulating corporate responsibility and protecting labor interests. By making use of the chance of worldwide promoting international standard of corporate social responsibility, we shall establish a multi - layer constraint and supervision mechanism and fully implement related laws to guarantee the rights of labors.
