桑皮纤维/棉纤维混纺纱线拉伸性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究桑皮纤维/棉纤维混纺纱线中桑皮纤维质量分数对混纺纱线拉伸性能的影响,纺制了不同混纺比的桑皮纤维/棉纤维混纺纱线,在YG061电子单纱强力仪上进行了拉伸性能测试,并对测试结果进行了分析和比较。结果表明,桑皮纤维/棉纤维混纺纱线的断裂强度随着桑皮纤维质量分数的增加而线性增加,当质量分数达到一定程度后,混纺纱断裂强度随着桑皮纤维质量分数的增加而降低。混纺纱线的断裂伸长率随着桑皮纤维质量分数的增加,有先增加后降低的趋势。总之,桑皮纤维质量分数在20%~30%范围内,混纺纱的拉伸性能比较优良。 To investigate the relationship between the tensile properties of mulberry fiber/cotton fiber blended yarns and the variation of the mulberry fiber content,mulberry fiber/cotton fiber blended yarns with different blending ratio were spun and the tensile properties of these yarns were tested through electronic yarn strength instrument YG061. And the results show that with the increasing of mulberry fiber content, the breaking tenacity of blended yarns was firstly linearly enhanced and then when the mulberry fiber content increased to a certain extent, the breaking tenacity was weakened. With the increasing of mulberry fiher content, the breaking elongation was firstly enhanced and then weakened. In general, erties of the blended yarn were better when the ratio was at the range of 20%-30%.
