摘要
以154FM I发动机为例,利用AVL/TYCON软件建立该发动机配气机构运动学分析模型进行数值模拟.通过模拟所得气门升程、速度、加速度曲线拟合气门升程曲线,然后由拟合所得气门升程曲线反求该凸轮型线.该凸轮型线原理性反求方法提供了一种通过检测凸轮样件的型线来获取凸轮型线原始设计逼近值的新途径.
The kinematics model of the 154 FMI engine valve train is built with AVL / TYCON software,and numerical simulation is conducted on the model.The valve lift curves are fitted by the simulated lift,speed and acceleration curves.Then the cam profile with the fitted valve lift curves is reversely calculated.By researching the way of reversely calculating the cam profile,this paper provides an approach to achieve the original cam profile with the testing cam profile.
