教育质量视阈下高校研究生管理创新研究

An innovation study on the postgraduate under the threshold of education management

随着我国研究生教育的迅猛发展,教育质量日益受到关注。研究生管理是研究生教育质量的基本保障,现实的管理中存在着管理内容不全面、管理功能弱化和管理手段单一等问题,这妨碍了教育质量目标的实现。文章立足当前研究生管理工作的实际,通过分析研究生管理的问题成因,提出了创新管理理念、完善管理机制、不断推进过程化管理等举措,以期为提升研究生培养质量、促进我国研究生教育的科学发展提供可资借鉴的思路。

With the rapid development of postgraduate education in China, the quality of educa- tion has increasingly aroused general concern. Postgraduate management is an essential guaran- tee for keeping the quality of postgraduate education, but the problems in reality including in- sufficiency of the content of management, the weakening of management functions and the sim- plicity of management tools hampered the quality of education goals. Based on the reality of current postgraduate management, this article puts forward an innovative management con- cept, improved the management mechanism and pushed forward the process management con- stantly by analyzing the causes of postgraduate management problems with a view to offer a useful idea for enhancing the quality of postgraduate cultivation, and promoting scientific de- velopment of postgraduate education of China.
