高校毕业生自主创业问题探析

高校毕业生就业面临严峻的挑战,毕业生自主创业有利于解决大学生就业问题。通过分析当前高校毕业生就业和自主创业现状、自主创业的类型、特点和发展趋势,对高校毕业生自主创业存在问题进行了探讨。探索构建多层次、多模式、全方位的创业教育模式,高校要改革人才培养模式,将创新创业教育纳入教学体系,开设创业教育课程;大学生要转变就业观念,走自主创业道路;政府要设立大学生创业基金和贷款制度,为大学生创业提供有效的服务、资金和政策支持;企业要加强与高校合作,转变用人机制,建立校企合作机制;家庭要转变传统就业观念,鼓励大学生投身创业道路,实现大学生创业带动就业,提高就业率。

Against the severe challenge on the job market, self-employment has become an ef- fective way to cope with the employment problem for university graduates. The article de- scribes the current employment and self-employment situations of university graduates, analy- zes different forms of self-employment, their characteristics and trends, and attempts to estab- lish a multi-level, diversified and comprehensive educational mode to help improve employ- ment. Higher educational institutions, university students, government organisms, enterpri- ses, and families, five aspects in concern with the self-employment issue are discussed in detail.
