我国建立出版专业职业资格制度的必要性及其意义

On the necessity and importance to build professional qualification system in press and publicity in China

从2002年起,我国出版行业开始建立出版专业技术人员职业资格制度,这是我国出版系统专业技术人员从业制度的重大改革,对于提高从业人员的整体水平,提升我国出版行业的竞争力,加强政府对用人单位和从业人员依法管理,深化出版专业职称改革具有重要的意义。从社会发展及出版行业自身发展两方面加以论述,对建立出版职业资格制度的必要性及意义进行了探讨。

From 2002, professional qualification system is being built in press and publicity in China, which is important reformation in occupational system. It has an important effects on deepening the reformation of publishing occupation, strengthening the government administer power on occupational units and staff, promoting the competitive ability of our national pub- lishing occupation, and improving the whole level of occupational staffs in China. From the vis- ual angle of the social development and self development of press and publicity, the necessity was analyzed with establishing professional qualification system while the significance and importance also were discussed in the paper.
