摘要
从城市社区体育的定义出发,用文献资料法、社会调查等方法对保定市城市社区老年体育的组织管理体系、管理指导人员、组织的经费来源现状进行调查研究。为保定市体育主管部门和各种社会体育组织(老年体育协会、社区、居民委员会等)提供理论和实践依据。
This research embarks from the definition of city community sports, with the methods of literature material law, social investigation and so on to survey the present situation of the community senior citizen sports organization management system, the management of the sports instructors, and the source of the organization funds, providing theory and the practice basis for Baoding Sports Administration and social sports organizations （elder sports association, community, residents＇ committee etc. ）.
