摘要
本文用相关分析法对4115T 型柴油机连杆螺栓孔加工的一项相互位置精确度进行实验分析,探讨了影响螺栓孔中心线对盖端面垂直度超差的主要原因,并指出了其它原因。经过反复调查验证,说明相关分析的结果是正确的,这对连杆加工工艺和有关夹具设计的改进具有指导意义。
By means of the “relevant analysis method”,the accuracy of a
relative position during the finishing of con-rod tap holes for T4115 diesel engine has
been analysed in this paper.The main factors which deviated the squareness toler-
ance of the hole center line to the con-rod split face are discussed.Having been in-
vestigated and tested,the results of the relevant analysis proved to be true.This will
be of great importance to the improvement on con-rod technology and the design of
clamping tools concerned.
