高中阶段学校卫生保健服务及其需求调查

An Investigation on Health Care Service of High Schools and Students＇ Demand for Health Care

目的了解我国高中学校卫生保健工作开展现况及卫生保健需求。方法回顾性问卷调查．对象为某市2所高校2007级新生、资料统计分析用SPSS软件。结果共调查了290所高中学校的435名高中生。体检频率社会和企业办学校低于国家公办学校（P〈0．05），地处农村学校低于县城及以上学校（P〈0．01）。健康教育频率国家公办学校高于社会和企业办学校（P〈0．01），民族地区学校高于非民族地区学校（P〈0．01）．就医频率女生高于男生（P〈0．01），家庭经济条件较差（贫困）高于较好（温饱、富裕）学生（P〈0．01）：学生最需要的卫生保健服务为心理咨询。结论我国高中学校卫生保健工作急需加强，尤其是社会企业办学校和地处农村学校，学校应强化学生的心理健康保健工作。

Objective To understand status of health care service of high schools and students＇ demand for health care. Methods A retrospective questionnaire was used to survey the entrants of Grade 2007 in two colleges. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Results 435 students in 290 high schools were surveyed. Frequency of health check in state schools was higher than that of the schools run by societies and enterprises （P 〈 0.05）, and the frequency of schools in towns and cities was higher than that of schools in countryside （P 〈 0.01 ） .The frequency of health education of state schools was higher than that of schools run by societies and enterprises （P 〈 0.01）, but schools in minority areas were superior to these schools in non- minority areas （P 〈 0.01 ） .The most wanted health care service of students was psychological counseling. Conclusion Health care service of high school should be urgently strengthened, especially in those schools run by societies and enterprises and schools in countryside. High school should Stress mental health care for students.
