广东欠发达地区农村构建和谐社会的问题与对策

Problems of and Countermeasures to the Construction of Harmonious Socialist Society

粤北、粤东,是我省欠发达地区,这些地区的农村有山多、林多、资源多的优势,也有发展资金少、科技含量少、人均收入少的劣势。改革开放30年来,这些地区虽然有了长足的发展,但也存在着山林之争,宗族之斗,经济之纠,环境之扰等问题。只有认真学习党的十七大精神,切实贯彻和落实科学发展观,加快山区农村经济、政治、文化的建设和发展,才能成功构建社会主义和谐社会,造就稳定、祥和、富裕、幸福的新农村。

Areas in the North and South, with rich natural resources, are developing regions in Guangdong province. The disadvantages are： little development funds, scientifically and technologically underdeveloped, and little average income. For thirty years, there have been some social, economic and environmental problems. There will be no way out unless the scientific concept of development is planted in people＇s minds so that they have good measures to speed up economic, political and cultural construction and development in the rural and mountainous areas. If so, a stable, peaceful, prosperous and happy new countryside, a socialist harmonious society is hopefully to appear.
