作为以能力为本位的高等职业技术教育,"双师素质"教师的作用至关重要。本文探讨了"双师素质"教师的基本素质要求、培养制度和培养措施,提出了"双师素质"教师培养过程中难以解决的困难,供从事职业技术教育的同仁们参考。
As a capacity based vocational education, the roles of double-professionally-titled teachers are of crucial impor- tance. We explored their basic quality, cultivation system and cultivation measure.
