企业集聚与城市化发展——基于环北部湾(南北钦防城市群)的研究

Study on Enterprise Clusters and Urbanization around Beibu Gulf

文章在藤田昌久(Masahisa Fujita)和克鲁格曼(Paul Krugman)所建立的"空间经济学模型"基础上加入制度变量等因素,对影响环北部湾经济圈(广西)——南北钦防城市群城市化发展的影响因素进行实证分析。认为,财政支出在南北钦防城市化过程中起着至关重要的作用,但目前当地政府的财政支出尚处于较低水平,因此政府应加大对本市重点企业的投资力度(或加大优惠政策),以加快形成本市企业集群,促进本市城市化发展。鉴于南宁、北海两市本地企业的发展水平相对滞后于经济发展,两市还应集中力量促进本地企业向高级化方向转型。还有,南北钦防四市应积极促进本地区的对外开放程度,以促进外资对本地区城市化的发展。

The increase of financial expenditure, the transform and the further opening-up of local key enterprises are beneficial to the enterprise clusters and urbanization around Beibu Gulf area.
