2型糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸浓度与糖化血红蛋白水平的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度与糖化血红蛋白水平的关系。方法以糖化血红蛋白平均值6.6%(糖尿病控制良好的评价标准)为临界,分为血糖控制良好组和血糖控制不良组,比较两组Hcy浓度的差异,并分析两组Hcy浓度与糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性。结果Hcy值血糖控制良好组为(12.54±2.59)μmol/L,血糖控制不良组为(18.67±3.35)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血糖控制不良组两者相关系数0.823,血糖控制良好组两者相关系数0.568,Hcy浓度与糖化血红蛋白水平呈正相关。结论监测血浆Hcy浓度,积极控制糖化血红蛋白水平,对预防或延缓糖尿病心血管并发症具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the relationship between the serum homocysteine level and HbAlc in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods According to good diabetic control evaluation criteria, the patients were was divided into good glycemic control group and poor glycemie control group. The contents of serum HbAle and homoeysteine were determined and the eorrelafion between HbA1 c and homoeysteine was analyzed. Results The homoeysteine level in good glyeemic control group was (12.54 ±2.59)μmol/L, while that of poor glycemic control group was (18.67 +3.35)μmol/L. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Homoeysteine concentration and HbAlc was positively correlated. Monitoring plasma homoeysteine levels and controling glycosylated hemoglobin level positively was of great significance.
