New cement concrete pavement technology in Meihe expressway in China

摘要 广东梅河山区高速公路路面结构上使用了全线碎石垫层,解决差异沉降;用透层油、沥青封层加石屑解决冲刷破坏。梅河高速公路是我国建设里程最长(118.41km)的采用滑模摊铺机自动(DBI)对每条横缩缝插入传力杆的混凝土路面。国内外首次采用高位非对称滑模连续摊铺混凝土路面与双钢混凝土桥面。国内首次零位滑模摊铺了6座隧道5843m钢纤维混凝土路面。克服了高温天高温水泥条件下的滑模施工难题。 Meihe expressway has been completed in two years constructions. It takes three months in cement concrete pavement, in which there are more than five new technologies applied : ( 1 ) broken stone bed course is constructed all the way as a constructive layer to solve the problem of different settlement in mountain terain. (2) priming oil, seal oil and stone chip are used together on top of base to improve washing - resistant capacity. (3) dowel bar inserted (DBI) technique is applied in every transverse joint, with which Meihe is the longest express way as so far. (4)high position and asymmetry continuous slip -from technique is used first time interior or abroad between cement concrete pavement and steel and steel fiber reinforced concrete deck. (5) zero position slip - form technique is applied first time interior to steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement in six tunnels, about 5843 meters. There are also some other new techniques used, such as too high temperature cement use in hot weahter.
