摘要
本文介绍了一种新的处理内燃机实测凸轮升程数据的数学方法。采用最优化计算方法和最小二乘法相结合的方法,用适当的函数拟合缓冲段实测升程数据,用整体式高次多项式函数拟合工作段升程数据。拟合后的函数表达式简单、直观,便于分析计算凸轮设计参数。
A new mathematical method for treating the measured camlift data in IC engine is introduced.By using the methods of optimization and theleast squares,the ramp of the cam flank is fitted with a reasonable function and thevalve lift profile of the cam flnak is with a polynomial function of high degree.Theexpressions of the fitting functions are simple and visual,as well as convenient for us tocalculate and anatyse the,design parameters of cam profile.
