推进欠发达地区返乡农民工创业的对策探讨

Exploring Measures to Promote Starting-ups by Returned Rural Migrant Workers in Economically Underdeveloped Areas

受历史原因和现实条件影响,当前欠发达地区返乡农民工创业中困境颇多。针对这种现状,可通过统筹城乡创业服务平台,改善农民工创业环境;强化农村创业信息化建设,提高农民工创业质量;加大农村创业资金的扶持力度,拓宽农民工创业融资渠道;全面提高农民综合素质,提升农民工创业能力等四条对策来逐步摆脱返乡农民工创业困境,长效推进农民工返乡创业。

Under the influence of historical factors and current conditions, returned rural migrant laborers in economically underdeveloped areas are facing many difficulties when they are staring up their businesses. Against this background, this paper suggests four measures to address the difficulties and push forward their starting-ups firstly by improving the environment and offering service platform where opportunities for starting up businesses in both urban and rural areas are integrated. Secondly, it is also important to strengthen the importance of information in the process to improve what they are starting up. Thirdly, more supporting fund should be in place to expand the financing channels for them. Lastly, to improve their overall qualities and enterprising abilities is of great significance in removing any obstacles and pushing forward their businesses effectively in the long term.
