双重压力:当代中国妇女家庭地位的新困境

Double Pressure:New Dilemma of Contemporary Chinese Women's Family Status

新中国成立后,随着中国经济文化的不断发展和婚姻家庭道德观念的不断进步,夫妻平权互动模式已经被越来越多的家庭所接受,中国妇女的家庭地位得到了实质的改善和显著的提高。但是新的问题和矛盾也随着时代的发展变迁不断凸显。中国妇女在对自身的家庭地位评价较高的同时也存在承受双重压力的困境。当代大多数中国女性扮演着职业妇女和家庭主妇的双重角色,如何处理、协调双重压力成为提高女性家庭地位的当务之急。实现真正意义上的男女平等,缓解妇女面临的双重压力是一个事关妇女发展的新问题,更是当下提高妇女家庭地位的新目标。

Since the founding of new China, and with the continuous development of China＇s economy and culture as well as changes in moral notions of marriage and family, the mode of husband and wife interaction with equal rights has been accepted by an increasing number of families, consequently, Chinese women＇s family status has been substantially improved and significantly raised. But new problems and contradictions are also emerging with the changing times, for Chinese women are in a new dilemma to bear double pressure in addition to their raised family status. Most of the contemporary Chinese women play dual roles in their careers and families, and it becomes their urgent task to deal with their double pressure. At present, it is a new goal to improve women＇s family status, the new issue in women＇s development, through realization of true quality between men and women and reducing the double pressure facing women.
