摘要
绩效工资制度即将在高校实行,如何运用好这项新的工资制度,在调动教职工积极性的同时努力提高单位的整体绩效,是当前高校人事制度改革的一个现实而迫切的问题。建立公平、完善的教职工绩效工资分配模式,就必须正确认识绩效工资的含义,了解绩效评估的难点和问题。就此,我们提出了建立基于组织绩效和岗位绩效的高校绩效工资分配模式的改革设想,并就设岗聘任后绩效工资的分配进行初步研究。
As performance-related salary system will be introduced soon in colleges and universities, it is a realistic and pressing problem to reform the present personnel system in order to promote staff's initiative and improve performance on the whole. To establish a fair and perfect performance-related salary distribution system needs the correct understanding of performance-related salary as well as difficulties in performance assessment. This paper attempts to reform the salary distribution system and explore the new salary distribution mode based on seniority-based and position-related performance.
