摘要
对热轧带肋钢筋HRB335脆性断口进行了宏观分析和扫描电镜观察,对焊接处及材料内部进行了组织分析。结果表明,在焊接钢筋时,在焊接处产生了高硬度的马氏体和焊接裂纹 材料中的粗大魏氏组织促使裂纹快速扩展,最终导致热轧带肋钢筋断裂失效。
The brittle fracture of HRB335 hot rolled steel bar is analyzed with macro analysis and SEM observation. The microstructure of weld joint and inner material were examined. The result shows that the high hardness martensite and the welding crack have been found at the weld joint and it is coarse widmanstattent structure in the inner material that accelerates the crack expanding , which causes the fatigue failure of hot rolled steel bar.
