摘要
为实现低成本生产,炼铁新厂1号高炉通过抓好精料工作、改进喷煤系统工艺、提高风温及富氧鼓风以及优化炉内操作等技术措施,取得了阶段性成果,2009年6月煤比达167.4kg/t。
In order to reduce the production cost, New Iron-making Plant takes some measures to raise coal rate at #No. 1 BF, such as utilization of beneficiated burden, improving PCI system, raising blast temperature and enriched blast as well as optimization of furnace operation system. Coal rate has reached 167.4 kg/t in June, 2009.
