摘要
烧结台车驶入下轨道后其后轮上抬,无法与下轨道接触,即发生了锯齿现象,造成台车端部不均匀磨损、台车使用寿命降低、烧结机漏风率及负荷增大。分析锯齿现象和造成机尾摆动架后移的原因及危害,提出改进措施。
Saw-tooth occurred when the sintering trolley went down the track, the back wheel lifted up and couldnt contact with the track. Uneven wear decreases the service life of trolley. Leakage rate and load increased. Some improving measures are put forward after analyzing saw-tooth phenomenon and the reasons of the swing frame moving back at the tail end of sintering machine.
