中厚板卷厂控冷系统集管水流量控制

摘要 针对中厚板控冷系统冷却水流量控制问题,开发了一种新型的流量控制技术,通过对各个电动调节阀开口度和相应管道流量实测值采样,分析并计算出流量设定-开口度设定曲线 根据曲线计算出控制器的基本输出量,再根据流量计反馈与流量设定值的偏差用PID控制器进行闭环控制,使得冷却水流量的控制精度得到了提高。 A new type of flow control technique is developed based on the problems of cooling water control in controlled cooling system at Wide Plate / Coil Plant. By measuring the openings of each electronic regulating valve and sampling relevant conduit flows, flow set can be calculated. Based on the curve, the basic water output from flow controller can be worked out. According to flow meter feedback and the deviation of flow set, closed loop control is implemented with PID controller, which can improve the control accuracy of cooling water flow.
