On How Engineering Philosophy Combine with Engineering Practice

工程哲学所研究和考察的对象是整个工程领域,是关于重大工程问题和工程共同规律或一般规律的哲学思考。本文从工程实际需要出发,阐明了中国工程哲学研究面向实践的发展进路及应当具备的主要特征,即实践性、开放性、前瞻性及广泛性,提出了中国工程哲学研究的历史使命,进而探讨了实现上述特征及使命的途径。

In this article, the author argues that, to meet the practical needs of engineering, engineering philosophy with Chinese characteristics should be equipped with practical spirit, temporal spirit, perspectiveness and universality, and the historical task of such a engineering philosophy is to guide engineering practices in accordance with harmonious ideal. In the conclusion part, the author offers advices about the way to realize the above goals.
