摘要
随着高校研究生招生规模的不断扩大,出现了研究生培养质量无法保证、研究生就业困难等问题。综合了国内学者针对研究生培养机制存在的各种问题,归纳了导致研究生就业困难的诸多原因,对研究生培养机制与就业的现实状况进行了文献归纳,发现研究生培养机制存在的诸多弊病已经成为制约中国研究生就业的重要因素,而完善研究生培养机制将有利于研究生就业保障机制的建立。此外,还评述了通过完善研究生培养机制而促进研究生就业的保障机制,并对目前研究的方向性问题进行了简略叙述。
As the development of the higher education in China, the amount of recruit graduates becomes huger and huger. This paper summarizes the literatures about the education system, and makes a sum of most of the study on graduate education system and employment of graduates. And according to the summarization of the literatures, the paper finds that the faults of the graduate education system is one of the most important reasons of the graduate employment, and to develop the graduate education system will be good for the employment of graduates. And at the end of the paper, it make a shot sum of the future of the study on this topic.
