摘要
镀层已成为内燃机滑动轴承的重要组成部分。本文对镀层的成分及其对镀层性能的影响和镍栅层、铜栅层的作用作了综述。介绍了电镀铅锡铜三元合金的工艺枝术,提出了用尽量少的成本生产出高精度镀层的方向。
The overlay has become an important part of plain bearing ininternal combustion engine.The paper summarizes the overlay compositions and theireffects on overlay performance as well as the effects of Ni,Cu dam.The technicalprocess of plating Cu-Pb-Sn alloy has been also introduced and the orientation of pla-ting high precision overlay with less cost has been put forward.
