摘要
对教师来说,面子是自己力图获得的,同时又被他人认可的社会声望或积极的专业形象,在专业场景中发挥着角色规范、趋利避害和维持互动的功能。教师面子内部包含着"面子"、"脸"与"里子"三重结构,而面子工夫就是教师为使其相互一致而付出的努力。要获得稳固的"面子",教师应该对"里子"多下工夫。
In nature,teacher face is the social prestige or positive professional image that teacher tries to claim for himself/herself and is also recognized by others.It plays the roles of regulating teacher's conducts,pursuing benefits and avoiding disadvantages,and maintaining teacher's interactions with others in professional stage.Teacher face contains a tri-level structure comprising "Mianzi","Lian" and "Lizi",and face work is the action taken by teacher to make them internally consistent.Teacher should pay efforts on his/her "Lizi" if he/she wants to get stable "Mianzi".
