摘要 教学理念是人们为了某种教学的利益、在一定的教学理论认识基础上形成的关于理想教学的基本观念。教学理念和教学实践是性质不同的两个系统。教学理念表达教学的理想,教学实践寓于教学的现实。教学理念,通过一定的渠道,走向教学实践,这就是教学理念的操作转换。教学理念的操作转换分为以下步骤:发现教学理念中的教学思维,从教学思维中演绎出核心教学行为,分析教学行为对教师专业素质的要求。 The teaching idea is a basic idea concerning the ideal teaching. Its formation is based on teaching theory, and for some kind of teaching benefit. The teaching idea and the teaching practice are two nature-different systems. The teaching idea express teaching ideal, and the teaching practice lies within the teaching reality. That the teaching idea, through certain channel, can be moved towards the teaching practice, refers to the operational transformation of teaching idea. The operational transformation of teaching idea can be divided into following steps: To discover the teaching thought from the teaching idea; To deduce the core teaching behavior from the teaching thought; To analyze the requirements of teaching behavior for teacher' professional quality.
