Experimental Analysis on Abnormal Sound Occured in Early High Speed Running of CA 6120 Gasoline Engine

本文叙述了 CA6102汽油机高速异响噪声的定义及其产生。在识别噪声源的基础上阐明了高速异响的音色特征。应用现代实用技术求出激振源和共振体。并且指出了高速异响是汽缸盖罩壳低频共振和发动机发出基波频率及各次谐波频率的共同作用结果。同时还阐述了高速异响的影响和它的消除方法。

The abnormal sound of CA 6102 gasoline engine occured in theperiod of early high speed running is defined and its mechanism generated is stated in this paper.Based on the identification of noise sources,the tone characteristic of abno-rmal sound has been expounded.The exciting source and the body of resonance areidentified by applying the morden noise and vibration measuring technique.The ex-periment indicates that the abnormal sound is a combined result of low frequency re-sonance of cylinder head cover together with engine base and each order of harmonicwave frequencies.Meanwhile,the effects of the abnormal sound and its reductionmeasures have also been discussed.
